Answer: System occurs the dialog box by reason that system server you logging in stop serving or offline. You can try to log in again
after system service runs in order.

Question: Why can’t system server run?
Answer: First, please make sure that system connects Internet; if system can’t run over Internet, please check whether Software Lock correct insert USB.

  Question:  Why does system client show black screen?
          Answer:  The reasons client shows black screen are as follows:
                           1、Computer starts fire wall.
                                 Please exit the fire wall to insure the transmission of data stream.
                           2、Input wrong information about system server.
                                 Please check whether the information about system server(Product ID,Product ID validation code and password) are right.
                           3、Server need identify password.
                                 Please input correct password.(attention:If thesystem server needn't identify password, please input any numbers or                                  characters, i.e. the password box can't be empty.)
                           4、Server is offline.
                                 Please make sure system server has started service.
